Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We deliver to all U.S. territories.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only provide shipping within the country.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we provide shipping to PO boxes exclusively for prepaid orders.
How did my package ship?
All orders are dispatched using USPS First Class and USPS Priority methods. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
When my order will be shipped?
Typically, your order is processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Can I change my order?
If you've received a tracking number, your order has been shipped, and we regret to inform you that no changes can be made. If you haven't received a tracking number, please reach out to us via email at [email protected], specifying the details you'd like to modify.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Typically, delivery takes 5-7 business days.
What are business days?
Monday through Friday are considered business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
How do I know my package has shipped?
You will receive an SMS and email containing a notification and a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
All prepaid orders include free shipping, while the COD (Cash on Delivery) option has an additional cost of $10.

Delivery

What is the status of my order?
You can track your order status using the provided tracking number and link sent after shipping. The tracking number may take up to 48 hours to be issued. If you haven't received it after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
How can I track my package?

Why is my tracking number not updating?
The tracking information may take some time to update. If there are no updates after 5 days, please contact us at [email protected].
What if I'm not home?
If you're not at home, your package will be delivered to your mailbox, front door, or the nearest USPS office.
My package shows delivered, but I have not received it
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please wait for 2-3 days. Frequently, USPS delivery personnel scan barcodes before the actual physical delivery. If after 3 days the issue persists, please reach out to us at: [email protected]

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected]. before taking any steps for a refund. To receive a full refund, you must agree to return the received product. Refunds are only applicable within 60 days from the date of purchase; transactions beyond this period won't be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange an item?
An item can be exchanged for a fee of $6.5.
Are returns free?
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $6.5 per item if unopened and in good condition. Additionally, processed orders incur a $6.5 processing fee if the product/order charge has been settled.
How long does it take to process a return?
Our products don't have a warranty. However, if you're unsatisfied, email us at [email protected], and we'll find a solution.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery.
How To Get A Refund?
In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Please provide as much information as possible about your order, including your full name, email address, phone number, purchase date and amount, and the parcel's tracking number.

Cash on delivery, or collect on delivery (COD), is a payment method that requires customers to pay for goods at the time of delivery. In this case, you can pay for your order with a money order, cash, or credit card at the postal office.
